1. Our Services

We proudly offer:

  • Trash and bulk item pickup and hauling

  • Trailer rentals for personal or commercial use

  • Box truck and 18-wheeler rentals and long-distance hauling

All services depend on availability and may vary by location.

2. Booking and Estimates

  • Quotes and estimates are based on details you provide.

  • Final pricing may change depending on distance, time, or load weight.

  • Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or written confirmation is received.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service or before equipment pickup.

  • Late or outstanding balances may include additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Rental Terms

When renting a trailer, box truck, or 18-wheeler:

  • Renters must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.

  • Please inspect equipment before leaving our lot and report any pre-existing damage.

  • Renters are responsible for the condition, damage, or loss of equipment during the rental period.

  • Smoking, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are not allowed in vehicles.

6. Hauling & Transport Rules

  • Loads must be properly secured and compliant with all DOT regulations.

  • Unsafe, overloaded, or illegal cargo may result in service refusal.

  • Customers must ensure materials are legal to haul and properly prepared.

7. Trash & Bulk Pickup Rules

We do not accept:

  • Hazardous or flammable materials (paint, fuel, asbestos, etc.)

  • Medical or biological waste

  • Toxic chemicals or restricted materials

Extra fees may apply for items requiring special disposal (like appliances, tires, or heavy debris).

8. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for damage to surfaces such as driveways or lawns due to normal service operations.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe, clear access for our vehicles and equipment.

  • Renters may be asked to show proof of insurance for certain equipment.

9. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to hold When N Wherever, its employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of equipment or violation of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service or rental in question. We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages.

11. Access Permission

By scheduling service, you grant our team permission to access your property to complete removal, hauling, or delivery tasks safely and efficiently.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.”
